The Phase Locked Loop (PLL) Electronics allows to measure accurately and very fast the resonance frequency of an AFM cantilever. Our PLL Elecronics uses analog circuitry and it consists of 7 modules mounted in a 19" rack.

Detects Frenquency shifts as small as 1 Hz

Frequency and Phase outputs

Maximum resonance frequency of the cantilever: 2 Mhz

Speed of tracking changes in resonance frequency: up to 10 kHz
