All Scanning Probe Microscopes (SPM)
need very accurate and precise Voltage Amplifiers in order to drive the
piezo actuators. Commercial amplifiers are limited in voltage range (usually
+/- 200 Volts) and their band width is limited. In order to cover all the
needs of the SPM community, we have developed two types of high voltage
amplifiers.
